Attention all League Referee Coordinators:

To renew or upgrade your license you must send your registration form, paperwork (fitness and written test results and required assessments) to Steve Larsen, District Referee Coordinator at the address below. Online registrations are no longer allowed for Grade 7 and above referees. You can still use the online form but download it, print it, complete it and send two completed copies to Steve. Remember you should always save copies of your registration forms, assessments, fitness and written test results for your own records.

In addition to the registration form (2 copies), assessments (as appropriate), your check for the correct amount made out to CNRA, test results (written and fitness), and class hours certificates, include two stamps so your materials can be forwarded to CNRA for processing. Incomplete packages of materials will delay registration processing.

NOTE: THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO GRADE 8 (ENTRY LEVEL) OR 9 (RECREATIONAL REFEREE). THAT MEANS IF YOU DO NOT HAVE TO TAKE THE ANNUAL FITNESS TEST, THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO YOU.

District 5 will be hosting an Upgrade Clinic on January 21, 2012. This clinic is for advanced referee's who want to upgrade to a level 7 or level 6. The class will be at the Santa Rosa Laguna Treatment Plant 4300 Llano Rd in Santa Rosa. The class time will be from 9AM to 5PM. This will be the only class of its kind this year in District 5. Please mark your calendars accordingly. Any referee who wants to attend may but you will need to notify Steve Larsen in advance at dralarsen@comcast.net. The District will provide lunch. This is a great opportunity to meet the senior officials in District 5, who will be on hand to help. National and MLS referee Yader Reyes will be a presenter as well as other top officials in California. Please plan to be there.
